ABCD Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Director: Shiono), together with our Japanese business partner, visited the factory of "SIYATONE," an Indian tile manufacturer, and conducted a quality audit.
ABCD imports not only food products but also building materials, including tiles, from India to Japan. Tiles and other building materials are products where photographs and samples alone cannot convey the full picture. For this reason, we place great importance on bringing our business partners to the factory in person so they can assess quality with their own eyes.
What We Inspected in This Audit
This was not our first visit to the SIYATONE factory. In this audit as well, we directly inspected the manufacturing equipment, quality management systems, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, color consistency, and pre-shipment inspection procedures—all points of particular importance for the Japanese market—one by one on the factory floor.

ABCD has already built a solid track record of transactions for Indian tiles in the Japanese market. Building on this, we continue to relay the feedback of our business partners—who demand ever-higher standards—directly to the manufacturing floor in India, working together with the manufacturer to drive ongoing quality improvement.
